GIBBY McCALEB
Gibby McCaleb is the founder and current CEO of Covert Systems. Mr. McCaleb has 15 years of experience in information technology and business management. Mr. McCaleb possesses deep skills in operational, project and client management. He also has extensive knowledge of network, database, Internet, and operating system technologies. Prior to founding Covert Systems, he worked as a technology and security consultant for Sun Microsystems and Transamerica. Previously, Mr. McCaleb was the Director of Internet Technology for Quisic, a leading eLearning Company. At Quisic, he successfully managed a 35-person technology team, multiple technology platforms and a $1.7 million budget. Mr. McCaleb is responsible for the overall direction of the company, customer and partnership acquisition, management of personnel, client satisfaction and quality assurance.

CHRIS GARCIA
Chris Garcia, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, is responsible for establishing and building Covert Systems' sales and partnerships. Prior to founding Covert Systems, Mr. Garcia consulted with corporate clients including Vivendi Universal and USA Networks. He has over 12 years experience establishing relationships with major industry leaders from the financial, entertainment and technology industries. Most recently, Chris was the Managing Director for the technology practice of Brad Marks International, a leading executive search firm. Chris graduated from UCLA with a B.A. in International Relations.
